About the Role

This is a seasonal cleaning crew opportunity supporting student housing turn projects at college properties. You’ll be assigned to one or more communities and will be responsible for detailed unit cleanings in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. The work is fast-paced and goal-oriented, with crews completing multiple units per day as part of a coordinated team.

We’re looking for cleaners who are dependable and able to keep pace in a fast-moving environment. Travel flexibility and ability to follow quality standards are key.

Standard Cleaning Rates: 

  • $20 per bedroom 

  • $25 per bedroom & bathroom 

  • $50 per common area 

If you’re dependable and efficient, we’ll keep you busy and paid.

What You'll Do:

  • Clean assigned areas as directed and needed: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and patios/balconies

  • Wipe down all surfaces: furniture, cabinets (inside/out), doors, mirrors, trim, windows, mini-blinds, vents, fans, and light fixtures

  • Clean all kitchen elements: appliances (inside/out), sink, counters, and cabinets

  • Clean bathroom elements: tub, toilet, sink, vanity, fixtures, and storage areas

  • Wipe washer/dryer and remove lint/debris from laundry areas

  • Vacuum carpet; sweep and mop hard floors and patios

  • Remove trash and small leftover items like hangers or shower curtains

  • Move furniture or appliances as needed, clean behind them, and return to place

  • Use only approved cleaning products — no bleach or damage to surfaces

  • Maintain a clean and professional work area throughout the day
