About the Role

This is a seasonal painting crew opportunity supporting student housing turn projects at college properties. You’ll be assigned to one or more communities and will handle full and partial repaints, including walls, trim, and doors. The work is fast-paced and goal-oriented, with crews completing multiple units each day as part of a coordinated team effort.

We’re looking for painters who are reliable, take pride in their work, and can adapt to the fast-moving turn environment. Travel flexibility and a ability to follow quality standards are key.

Make Ready Paint Rates: 

• $20 per bedroom without a bathroom 

• $25 per bedroom with a bathroom 

• $50 per common area 

If you’re dependable and efficient, we’ll keep you busy and paid.

What You'll Do:

• Complete full or make-ready paint of walls, trim, and doors (full and partial as directed)

• Use the correct paint type and color provided

• Perform basic prep only: fill nail holes, remove hooks/tape/stickers, spot prime, sweep ceiling corners/baseboards

• No large drywall repair required — only minor surface prep

• Protect all floors, furniture, counters, fixtures, and appliances as needed

• Clean up your area and return everything to its original position after finishing
